Urological complications in Crohn's disease are relatively common conditions. However, a few cases with sigmoido-vesical fistula as a complication of the disease have been reported. We experienced a case of a 16-year-old boy with pneumaturia due to sigmoido-vesical fistula as a complication of Crohn's disease.
